- Top with tonic water and stir gently.

Place ample ice in a glass and add :

- 4cl of SERPOLETTE

- 2cl of lemon juice

- 1cl of cane sugar syrup

Top with soda water.

Fleurette - Tonic

Place ample ice in a glass and ad :

- 5cl of FLEURETTE

- 2cl of grapefruits juice

- 7cl of tonic

Ginger Sapi

In a shaker, add :

- 3 slices of peeled ginger

- 1cl of fir tree syrup

- 2.5cl of lime juice

- 4cl of SAPINETTE

- 3cl of GIN BOREAL
