An incredible story, let me tell you!
This photo, received a few days ago from a client, represents much more than just a bottle on the other side of the world.
Our Serpolette, proudly arrived in a hotel bar in Asia…
It all started at the end of July with an unexpected WhatsApp message from François, Beverage Director for a Hotel group in Hong Kong, interested in our artisanal liqueurs.
Our contact was passing through Paris, so we urgently shipped samples to him.
A few days later, first feedback: the products were well-received, the interest was there… then, radio silence.
But a few weeks later, while I was enjoying my vacation with my feet in the sand, a notification on my phone!
Valentin, a French importer based in Hong Kong, ordered 24 magnums of Serpolette! 😍
Serpolette is our beautiful 25% artisanal liqueur, made from wild thyme, hand-picked. 🌿
This was followed by some administrative adjustments with French customs, still with my feet in the sand and lulled by the cicadas of Les Landes.
Then a meticulous coordination with my colleague Thomas, from our charming village of Saint-Marcellin-en-Forez to properly prepare the order.
There were a few hurdles but we succeeded. The order went to Rungis, then the airport, to join other French treasures heading for Asia.
A small victory that says a lot about the quality of our products and the resonance they find in the world of gastronomy and cocktails.
And it seems that Sapinette and Fleurette might soon follow suit.
