SAPINETTE (28.2% ABV)
Our first product, SAPINETTE, which was the inspiration for Maison 16's creation, is a liqueur made from fir buds and needles.
It stands out with its fir flavors, a taste of sap, a natural hint of citrus, and its freshness that transports you to the forest.

THYME (25.6% vol.)
Your stroll through the heart of nature continues in the meadows with our second liqueur, SERPOLETTE, made from wild thyme (also known as creeping thyme).
Its leaves and purple flowers are harvested by hand in summer. Creeping thyme, more complex than its cousin common thyme, brings spicy and herbaceous notes to our liqueur.

FLEURETTE (22.2% alc/vol)
This third FLEURETTE liqueur is made from wild flowers: elderflower dominates with an exotic taste with notes of lychee, while meadowsweet reveals almond and vanilla flavors.
With their natural sweetness, these flowers bring a delicate softness to this liqueur, creating a light spirit to be enjoyed with tonic or neat as a digestif.

GRANDE SAPINETTE (45% ABV)
The GRANDE SAPINETTE is aged 12 months in ex-Cognac barrels. The base is the same as the traditional Sapinette: harvesting of fir needles and buds. This elixir is 45% ABV (compared to 28% for the traditional Sapinette).
A liqueur with beautiful complexity and a unique aromatic depth. A Solera perpetual aging system has been in place since 2021.
Each year, we bottle a new vintage. The work of the wood and dynamic aging makes this an exceptional digestif!

BOREAL GIN (42% ABV)
Artisanal and 100% organic, GIN BOREAL is distilled with two fir essences from Forez: Douglas and Silver Fir, whose needles and buds are hand-picked in Saint-Bonnet-le-Château (42). These essences are then combined with juniper berries and a botanical bouquet of coriander and peppermint. The result is a true explosion of flavors, enjoyable both neat and with tonic.

PAPASTIS (45% vol.)
PAPASTIS is a true traditional distilled anise-flavored spirit, also entirely organic. This apéritif is all-natural: herbs and spices are macerated and distilled, creating a flavorful and refreshing drink.
We add neither sugar, nor anethole (anise essential oil), nor licorice extract; we only use natural herbs and spices.
A final herbal note is added with wild fennel, also called Cistre, which is picked at an altitude of 1000m between Haute-Loire and Ardèche. It is perfectly enjoyed with fresh water and ice cubes.

Peppermint (17.5% Vol.)

The Peppermint 17.5% Vol. liqueur is an organic artisanal liqueur made from peppermint, also known as "Piperita" mint.
Made from fresh leaves, hand-selected and picked in the Forez plain.
The organic mint reveals an intense and pure freshness.
Lightly sweetened, discover our cocktail suggestions, enjoy it chilled as a digestif or with sparkling water as an aperitif.

Limoncello
Made with pure lemon juice!
Naturally refreshing at 17.5%, Distillerie de la Loire's lemon liqueur offers powerful notes of sun-drenched citrus. A smooth and balanced spirit, reminiscent of traditional limoncello recipes.

Naturally gourmet at 17.5%, the raspberry liqueur from the Distillerie de la Loire, promises the deep taste of this red fruit. It offers both sweetness and acidity. A nod to liqueurs of old.
