The GRANDE SAPINETTE at 45% aged using the solera method (dynamic aging since 2021) in ex-Cognac barrels. 💥

Discreetly, in November 2021, we began aging our GRANDE SAPINETTE in an ex-Cognac wooden barrel, using the solera method, also known as dynamic aging.

Each year, we draw off a portion of the production, and the rest continues to age since 2021.

Over several seasons, the work of the wood and aging makes this digestif unique and exceptional!

We then reduce the alcohol content to 45% (compared to 28.2% for our traditional Sapinette).

A complex digestif with a beautiful aromatic depth. 🌲

Our Grande Sapinette is evolving: it is now presented in our transparent Maison 16 bottle, following a change of supplier.

Vintage, limited and numbered edition.

Organic artisanal liqueurs made from wild-foraged ingredients

Nature in our veins!

Hailing from a small village in the Loire region (42), all our beverages are crafted, produced, and bottled by hand by us.

We are committed to selecting quality raw materials. For our Maison 16 range, the alcohol, sugar, and our hand-picked plants are certified organic.

We launched our first liqueur in 2019, La Sapinette. A drink made from pine needles and buds: a refreshing taste that transports you to the forest!

Then, in spring 2020, we developed a brand new liqueur, La Serpolette.

Made from wild thyme, or "serpolet"! This perennial herbaceous plant grows naturally in the fields of our countryside.

In 2022, we completed our range of liqueurs with La Fleurette. A delight made from
flowers from our region: meadowsweet and elderflower.
Complementary flavors with an exotic taste and notes of lychee.
