We recently delivered a pallet of our peppermint liqueur, and this milestone deserves a moment of reflection.
In our daily work, we collaborate closely with passionate sales agents who play an essential role in distributing our wines and spirits. They meet with wine merchants, restaurateurs, and bartenders, introduce our products, share our story, and convey our commitment to quality on the ground.
It is in this context that we wanted to give a special shout-out to Romain, our partner in the Loire Valley. Thanks to his dedication and local knowledge, he has been able to offer tastings of our creations locally and secure several orders near his home. A great demonstration of what local work can achieve.
Launched at the end of 2025, our peppermint liqueur is already proving to be a great success. This positive reception confirms our conviction: offering an authentic, well-made product deeply rooted in its region naturally finds its audience.
At Maison 16, the selection of raw materials is central to our approach. For this liqueur, we chose peppermint harvested and processed just five minutes from our premises. A strong commitment to short supply chains, local expertise, and ingredient freshness.
Ultra-local, therefore—and proudly so.
This peppermint stands out with a perfected artisanal recipe: the minimum sugar allowed by regulations, a voluntarily moderate alcohol content of 17.5%, and organically grown ingredients. The objective is clear: to allow the full aromatic intensity of the plant to shine through, without artifice or excess.
Today, seeing this pallet set off is much more than just a delivery. It's a new chapter in the life of our product, and an invitation to find it very soon on the shelves of wine merchants, in restaurants, and behind bars.
So, what are we waiting for to see it on every table?
